About Me
During my professional career I have held senior roles in Investment Banking and Management Consulting, I have lived and worked internationally, operated at Board level, and worked alongside owner managed entrepreneurial businesses, helping deliver strategic leadership and business transformation.
I am no stranger to the challenges, pressure and stresses demanded of senior leadership roles. Motivating and managing effective teams, meeting deadlines and targets, and consistently delivering “value”.

As well as Coaching professionally, I am also a volunteer Next Steps and Business Mentor with The Prince’s Trust Young Enterprise scheme, where I mentor and guide young entrepreneurs to transform their ideas into viable businesses, or help them towards securing full time employment.

Throughout my career I have personally benefited from having mentors who have supported me along my journey.
Almost all have grown to become close friends and people I hold in very high regard. Each one has been different in their style, technical background and approach. But all have given me the belief and challenge in my life to make key decisions when I really needed to.
Through my Business Mentoring, I aspire to be nothing less, and to give even more.

Mentoring for me, whether it’s life or business, is empowering a person to see a future for themselves, helping them believe it can be attained, and then guiding them towards achieving it.
Through my Business Mentoring I am able to draw on my background of varied experiences in both life and business, and provide my clients with an alternative, and oftentimes challenging and honest perspective.
I have an extensive network of connections and resources that I can draw upon, and a wealth of personal experience and lessons from my own journey to share.

I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) trained by The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) on an Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP), awarded by the International Coach Federation (ICF). I am also a Certified Practitioner of the Leadership Circle Profile assessment. And as a professional member of the ICF I am also committed to abiding by their Code of Ethics.
Having been coached, I have personal experience of the power of coaching and transformation first hand.
Everyone has the power to take their life in the direction they want it to go. In my capacity as a Transformative Life Coach, I see my role as helping people to recognise and unlock the true potential that exists within them, and maximise their own performance to bring about fulfilment and lasting happiness. Showing them a future that they themselves haven't seen yet.
I work with C-Suite and Senior Executives, their Teams, Entrepreneurs, and Individuals who want to bring about profound and lasting transformation into their lives. Having “been there, and done it”, I believe I offer something unique by combining my interest in personal development and wellbeing, with direct and specific experience of operating in high pressure environments.

My approach is holistic, drawing on my commercial, entrepreneurial, leadership, consulting and corporate experiences, and combining them with aspects of exploring human consciousness, well-being, mindfulness and personal development.
My aim is to always give maximum value. I care as much about your life, and your desire for transformation, as you do.
That’s why I invest in our first introductory consultation, usually between 60 to 90 minutes long. During this exploratory conversation, we will get know each other, understand your needs, desires and life goals. Most importantly we will confirm that there is a sufficient connection between us, and a real desire for change, for us to work together.
For me it’s all about Honesty, Integrity and Trust. By becoming a client, you are entering a partnership. We are both committed to powerfully improving the quality of your life.
